We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered.

For eligible U.S. orders:

• Standard shipping is free.
• Orders are typically processed within one business day after payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available.

Processing and delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, carrier operations, weather, address problems, legal restrictions, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

If we cannot ship within the time represented at the time of purchase, we will provide the notice and options required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an updated shipping estimate, agreement to a delay, cancellation, or refund.

9. Delivery Address and Carrier Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If an address needs to be changed, contact customer support as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

A tracking status marked “Delivered” is based on information supplied by the carrier.

Packages refused at delivery or returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, inaccessible, or undeliverable address will be reviewed individually. Carrier fees, reshipment costs, product condition, and legal restrictions may affect the available resolution.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within seven days after delivery.

An approved resolution may include:
